I'm a White House Producer at Fox News Channel in Washington, D.C. Some of my favorite stories I've produced throughout my career at Fox are a story about Ohio’s solar energy boom, an exclusive with the former U.S. Drug Czar, and a hour-long special about the state of Christianity in the U.S.
Previously, I worked at Connecticut's ABC affiliate, WTNH, as an Investigative Producer. In one year, my reporting partner and I won two Emmy nominations & an Edward R. Murrow Award.
Outside of my interests covering politics, I like reporting on rural America and documenting disappearing ways of life in the U.S.
From local to national, investigative to breaking, I've worked all across the journalism industry. Investigative long-form reporting & narrative documentaries are my true passion. I've worked on documentaries such as Freakonomics, Call Me Kuchu, and 12th and Delaware.
At Syracuse University, I studied Television, Radio, & Film, and International Relations with a focus on China, where I spent six months studying Mandarin. I also had a minor in Religion & The Media. Shortly after graduating from Syracuse, I went to Columbia Journalism School to get a Master's where I focused my studies on long-form narrative nonfiction in all formats.
I'm originally from a small town in Ohio and wrote a piece on Medium about my background.
